Wine locker software, built by people who've actually run a wine locker program
We're golfers. We've sat on House Committees. We've watched a good F&B manager lose a Saturday to a locker audit. bevSavvy is the tool we wished our clubs had.
Why we built it.
We didn't set out to build software. We set out to stop getting the same email.
Every club with a locker program knows the email or the phone call: "Hey, how many bottles do I have left down there?" Somebody walks to the cellar, counts, walks back, replies. Multiply that by 60 members, add an annual audit that takes three people a weekend, and you've got a program everyone loves and nobody wants to manage.
We've been on both sides of that — as members asking the question, and as committee guys watching staff answer it. So we built the thing that answers it automatically. Members see their locker on their phone. Staff scan a label and it's logged. The GM gets a dashboard instead of a phone call.

What Is Your Wine Locker Program Really Costing You?
Every "how many bottles do I have left?" email is a walk to the cellar. The annual audit is a weekend of hand-counting and reconciling a spreadsheet nobody trusts. We ran the numbers on a typical mid-size program and it came out to roughly 200 staff hours a year, most of it on things a phone camera does in four seconds.
Plug in your own numbers and see where yours lands.

Save Time with Transparent Locker Access & Inventory Tools
- Members check their own locker from a secure app — no calls, no emails, no walk to the cellar.
- Staff manage lockers with a phone camera instead of a keyboard.
- Every bottle in and out is logged, so “I’m sure I had two of those” is a report, not an argument.
Your locker owners are your best wine customers. Most clubs never email them.
- Send a quick note when a member’s favorite is back in stock. (“Your Caymus is here.”)
- Purchase history makes reorders a two-click thing for staff and a no-brainer for members.
- The AI sommelier suggests pairings right in the member portal — and yes, it upsells.
The wine list that’s never three vintages out of date.
- One digital list for wine, spirits, and beer.
- A QR code on the table or menu; members browse on their phone.
- Inventory changes, the list changes. Nobody reprints anything.
