A bottle sitting in a locker isn't earning the club anything.

Your members already bought the wine. bevSavvy gets them thinking about it on a Thursday, so they book the table, open the bottle, and order the next one from your list.

Tonight's pairing

bevSavvy CC

I'm having braised short rib with snow peas
Two ways to go, Tom.

From your locker
Château Talbot 2016

2 in locker 41

In its window now.

From the club list
Duckhorn Merlot 2021

$78

Softer than the Cab you usually pull. Worth a bottle for the table.

Suggestions from the club's sommelier.

Reserve a table

Out of sight, out of the dining room.

A member who forgets the locker forgets to come in.

You've seen it. A member buys a case in the spring, racks it, and doesn't think about it again until the audit turns up eleven bottles in October. Meanwhile they've been drinking at home, or somewhere down the road, because nothing at the club reminded them what was waiting in the locker.

That's not a merchandising problem you can fix with a chalkboard. The wine is already sold. What's missing is the nudge: the moment on a weeknight when they remember the Talbot is down there, it's drinking well, and the club is serving short rib on Thursday.

bevSavvy puts that nudge in their pocket, and it points at your list while it's there.

Four places the sale happens

On their phone, on a weeknight

Their locker is on their phone. Every time they open it they're looking at bottles that live at the club, and thinking about dinner at the club. That's the reservation you weren't going to get. And once a month a summary of their locker lands in their inbox, without you sending it.

At the table

If your dining room has tablets, members open their locker tableside with a PIN and see the club list right beside it. Your server doesn't have to walk the list; the member is already reading it.

When the sommelier suggests your bottle

A member tells the AI sommelier what they're eating, and it answers with bottles from their locker and bottles from your list, side by side. A member who came in planning to drink their own bottle leaves having bought one of yours, and a glass order turns into a bottle because the suggestion was already on the screen.

In an email you didn't have to write

A wine dinner, a new arrival, a case you'd like to move before the season ends. Send a branded note from the club to the members most likely to care, built from what they actually keep in their lockers, without exporting a list or opening a newsletter tool.

What moves on your side of the P&L

Covers

A member who's just looked at their locker is a member deciding where to eat. The more often they see it, the more often the answer is the club.

Bottle sales from the list

Locker wine and list wine sit side by side in every suggestion. You stop competing with the member's own collection and start selling next to it.

Wine dinners and events

You invite the members who keep Burgundy to the Burgundy dinner. Fewer emails, fuller room.

Locker renewals

A locker a member uses is a locker they renew. A locker they forgot is the one they give up when the invoice arrives. More on what clubs charge for a locker, and why.

Bring a bottle and a menu

Thirty minutes. We'll scan the bottle into a locker, you tell the sommelier what you'd serve with it, and we'll show you what your members would see on a Thursday.

Common questions

Does this replace our sommelier?

No. If you have one, it gives them a member who's already been thinking about wine before they sit down. If you don't, it's the pairing suggestion that would otherwise never get made on a busy Thursday.

Do members buy wine through the app?

No. bevSavvy suggests; your dining room sells, and the charge runs through your POS the way it does now. There's no second checkout and no split in your beverage numbers. More on how locker management works alongside your POS.

Can I promote a bottle I need to move?

Yes. Send a branded note from the club to the members whose lockers suggest they'd care, in a few minutes from the admin portal. No list export, no newsletter tool.

Does the sommelier only suggest locker wine?

It suggests both. Every pairing shows what fits from the member's own locker and what fits from your list, side by side. The club's bottle is always in the conversation.

We don't have tablets in the dining room?

You don't need them. Everything at the table also works on the member's own phone. Tablets are a nice touch for clubs that already have them, not a requirement.
