Common questions
What if the scan doesn't recognize a label?
Add it by name. You'll type the producer and vintage once and bevSavvy fills in the rest. It's rare, and it's usually a small producer or a hand-written label.
We have lockers in more than one room?
Each storage location is set up on its own, and a member can have bottles in more than one. You see all of it in one place; the member sees theirs.
Can a member pull a bottle without a server?
Only if you allow it. Most clubs keep pulls in the hands of staff, and that's the default. If your club prefers, members can log their own pulls from their phone or from a PIN-protected tablet at the table. Either way, every pull is logged the same way, with a time and a name.
Can members see each other's lockers?
No. A member sees only the lockers assigned to them. Club admins see everything.
Can I get my data back out?
Any time, to a spreadsheet, in seconds. Every locker, every bottle, every movement. It's your club's record; we just keep it straight.
Does it replace our POS?
No. bevSavvy runs alongside it. Charges keep going through your POS the way they do now.
