Is the dashboard live, or do I have to run something?

How far back does the history go?
To your first day on bevSavvy. Every transaction from then on is kept, so the longer you run the program, the more useful the record gets.
Can we export our data?
Yes, all of it, on demand. Export it for use in your club's other systems, for a board packet, as part of a broader club audit, or because you've decided to move on. Easy in, easy out.
Does it report on wine sales or billing?
No. The wine in a locker belongs to the member, and anything involving money stays in your club's existing POS. bevSavvy reports on the lockers: what's in them, what's moved, and who moved it.
Can members see the reports?
Members see their own locker and nothing else. The dashboard and club-wide reporting are for Club Administrators.
