The wine dinner email, sent to the twenty-three members who'd actually come.
A branded note from the club, written in a few minutes from the admin portal, sent to a list you built once and keep using. Not the whole membership. Not a newsletter tool. Not a spreadsheet of names.

The all-members blast is how a good offer gets ignored.
And it's the only kind you've had time to send.
An allocation lands and you know exactly which six members would want it. A case of the cult Cabernet is down to its last four bottles. The Burgundy dinner has twenty seats and you can name the people who'd fill them. What you don't have is an afternoon to pull the list, export it, paste it into the club's newsletter tool, and get it past whoever owns that login.
So the note goes to everyone, or it doesn't go at all. Either way, the members who'd have said yes never hear about it in time.
In bevSavvy the list is already built, because you built it once. Write the note, pick the list, send it with the club's name on it.
What you'd send if it took five minutes
Each of these is one of the places where the sale actually happens.
The allocation
Three cases of something you get once a year. Tell the collectors on your list, before it's on the shelf.
The dinner or the tasting
Twenty seats for a Burgundy dinner go to the list you named for it. A rosé afternoon goes to the members who came last year. The room fills without the third reminder.
The last bottles
Four left of a wine that took a year to get. The members who keep that producer hear it first, from you, not from the empty slot on the list.

The note you've been meaning to write
New arrivals, a staff pick, an early offer on next year's release. The things you'd tell members at the bar if you saw them, sent to the ones you haven't seen in a while.
Lists you build once and keep
You already know who your Burgundy people are and who leaves for Florida in November. Put them in a list, name it, and it's there the next time. No export, no sorting, no pasting names into someone else's tool.
Named for what they're for
Burgundy dinner regulars. Big Napa collectors. Wine committee. Snowbirds. Whatever you'd have written on a sticky note.
Built from your members
Pick from the locker-holding members you already have in bevSavvy. A couple of clicks to add someone, one to take them off.
As many as you want
A member can sit on several. Keep a list for the dinner series and another for the people who want first call on allocations.
Ready the next time
The list from last year's dinner is the starting point for this year's. Add the two new members and send.
It looks like it came from the club, because it did
Your logo, your club's name in the subject line, your words in the note. Members see an invitation from the club they belong to, not a template from a vendor. It reads like something written for them, which it was.
You can see who opened it. That's the difference between "I sent the note" and knowing which twelve to call.
It's one of the things that changes for you when the program stops running by hand.

The email that sends itself
Alongside the notes you write, every locker-holding member gets a branded summary of their locker on a schedule you set, and can adjust their own frequency. It's the one that stops the "what's in my locker?" calls, and it runs without anyone remembering to send it.
Bring the last thing you wanted to tell your members
Thirty minutes. We'll build the list it should have gone to, write the note, and show you what lands in their inbox.
Common questions
How do I build a list?
Pick the members and name it. Everyone with a locker is already in bevSavvy, so there's nothing to import. Once it's built it stays there, and you can add or remove members any time.
Can I send to everyone?
Yes. All locker-holding members is a list too. The point is that it isn't the only one you have.
Can members opt out?
Yes, from their own account, without asking you. Unsubscribing from your notes doesn't remove them from their locker summary unless they choose that too.
Does this replace our club's newsletter tool?
No. It's for the wine program: the offers, dinners, and arrivals that only make sense to the members with lockers. Your club-wide communications stay wherever they live today.
Can I see who opened it?
Yes. Each send shows who opened it, so you know which members to follow up with and which note landed.
Is this an add-on?
No. It's part of every bevSavvy deployment, along with the automated locker summaries.
