A wine locker program, no lockers required.
Members keep their wine at your club. bevSavvy keeps the record. Virtual wine lockers, which some people call digital wine lockers, give every member a locker on their phone and give you a count you can trust, whether the bottles sit in a back room, on a rack behind the bar, or on a wall of real lockers.

What's a virtual wine locker?
A virtual wine locker is a record of one member's bottles, held at the club, kept in software instead of behind a lock. Each one is tied to a member and a storage spot, and every bottle in and out is logged.
"Digital wine locker" means the same thing. The wine sits wherever your club keeps it. bevSavvy is where you, your members, and your GM look it up.
You already run a locker program. You just don't have the doors.
Plenty of clubs hold wine for members without a single numbered locker. A member leaves a case. It goes in the back room, or on the shelf behind the bar, or wherever there's space. Their name is on a sticky note, a spreadsheet, or in your head.
Then someone asks, "Did my Barolo arrive?" and it's a walk, a count, and a guess. Then the member who left three cases last spring wants to know what's left. Then it's audit weekend.
None of that is a sign you're doing it wrong. It's a locker program with no system under it. We've watched good F&B managers carry that load, which is why we built virtual lockers: you don't need the hardware to get the record.
Follow a bottle through
1
A case arrives
A member drops it off, or a delivery lands at the back door. It goes wherever your club keeps member wine.
2
You scan the label
Point your phone at the label and bevSavvy fills in the vintage, varietal, tasting notes, and drinking window, and keeps a photo of the actual bottle. Prefer not to scan? Add it by name, or import a spreadsheet.
3
You pick the member and the spot
"Back room, shelf 3" is a storage location. A member plus a spot is a virtual locker. A member can have bottles in more than one.
4
The member sees it
Their locker is on their phone, with what they have and what's drinking well. They stop calling you to ask.
5
A bottle leaves, and it's on the record
One tap removes it and the history logs it. Everyone on your team has their own login, so you know who did what and when. "I'm sure I had two of those" becomes a report.
6
Take it to the table
Our tableside viewer puts a member's locker on a tablet, laid out cleanly with their labels and what's drinking well. It's an elegant way to talk through the bottles at the table, and you pull the one they choose.

What you get, and what your members get
A dashboard instead of a phone call
Your Club Administrators get real-time reporting on every member's lockers, and your GM can see it without asking you. Every transaction is recorded, and you can export all of it any time.
Their locker, on their phone
Members see their own bottles with the actual labels and what's drinking well. They can ask the AI sommelier what to pair with dinner and get suggestions from their locker and from your list.
The locker update you no longer write
Members get a monthly summary of what's in their locker, and you get a club-wide summary the same way. No newsletter to draft, no list to maintain.
Is this a fit for your club?
You have no physical lockers.
This gives that wine an address and an owner.
You're adding a wine program.
Start with the record, not a construction project.
Your lockers are full.
Overflow cases stop living on a sticky note. Each member sees everything in one place.
You have both.
Real lockers and shelf space can sit side by side. Each storage location is set up on its own.
Show us where the wine lives.
Thirty minutes on a video call. Tell us how your club holds member wine and we'll show you what the virtual lockers would look like. If it's not a fit, you'll know in ten.
